Signs of Sanity June 11, 2007

Posted by Jim Satterfield in Government, Politics, The Bush Administration.

The New York Times reports on the federal appeals court decision on the Bush Administration’s desire to put anyone away indefinitely that they want to. Isn’t that really what an unfettered ability to declare someone an “enemy combatant” and then put them in jail for an indefinite length of time comes down to? I only hope that this decision stands up to the inevitable appeal.
